Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to trading signals, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • First-time subscribers within 48 hours of initial purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@syncster.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Per-Trader Subscriptions

Individual trader subscriptions follow the same cancellation and refund policy. When you cancel a trader subscription, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
