Refund & Cancellation Policy

Published policy date: February 4, 2026 · revisions not yet effective

Unpublished preview · October 5, 2026. Disclosure revisions are drafts for review. They do not replace the published policies or change existing agreements. Business details and app practices still require confirmation before release.

Subscription Cancellation

The free website lessons have no subscription charge. The following existing policy provisions concern actual paid services, where offered; roadmap cards are not purchases.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • First-time subscribers within 48 hours of initial purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@syncster.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

Contact support to request a review. Response timing and the applicable purchase provider’s process must be confirmed for the released service.

Creator or Trader Subscriptions

If a released product offers a creator or trader subscription, its purchase flow must disclose the applicable cancellation and refund terms. The planned marketplace is not currently offered through this preview.
